From the North: follow the A3 Salerno - Reggio Calabria motorway southbound and turn off at the Pizzo Calabro exit and follow the directions for Vibo Valentia (marina). After Vibo Valentia (marina), follow the trunk road to Tropea.

From the South: follow the A3 Salerno - Reggio Calabria motorway northbound and turn off at the Rosarno exit. Continue along the trunk road towards Nicotera and then follow the signs for Tropea. It is also possible to reach Tropea via S.S. 18 and then along the Monte Poro provincial road (SP 17)

By air: airports Lamezia Terme - 58 km - and Reggio Calabria  - 112 km.

By train: Local trains connect the station of Tropea with Lamezia, Reggio Calabria, Naples, Rome and Milan.
